Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will effectively handle customer queries, resolve issues, provide training and support to school clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving technical or usage-related issues promptly.
Provide onboarding training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to school clients.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, technical) to ensure effective client service delivery.
Document and track customer feedback, queries, and resolutions.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and share insights for product improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Good command of spoken and written English preferred.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of web/mobile applications.
Previous experience in customer support or training will be advantageous.
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
