to handle communications, build relationships, and negotiate service pricing between Magal, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and strategic -- ensuring both Magal and our partners receive optimal value in every deal.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and build relationships with contractors and service providers across multiple categories (renovation, HVAC, cleaning, etc.).
Negotiate service prices, timelines, and quality standards on behalf of Magal.
Assess quotes and compare offers to find the best combination of price and quality.
Mediate and resolve disputes between contractors and clients if issues arise.
Maintain updated records of contractor rates, performance, and agreements.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets negotiated terms.
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in negotiation, procurement, or contractor management.
Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
Confident in handling phone and in-person discussions with vendors and clients.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
Familiarity with construction, home services, or related industries (an asset).
Basic computer and spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools).
