We are looking for passionate and experienced

NEET/JEE Faculty

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate and guide students toward achieving top ranks in competitive entrance examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality classroom and/or online lectures for

NEET/JEE preparation

Teach concepts clearly with a focus on

problem-solving and exam-oriented approach

Prepare and update

study materials, assignments, and practice questions

Conduct regular

tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions

Analyze student performance and provide academic guidance and mentoring Stay updated with the

latest NEET/JEE exam patterns and syllabus changes

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment Coordinate with academic and management teams for curriculum planning
Required Qualifications:

Postgraduate / Graduate degree

in relevant subject
(Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology)

B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / Ph.D preferred Strong command over NEET/JEE syllabus and concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:

Proven track record of producing

successful NEET/JEE results

Ability to simplify complex concepts Experience in coaching institutes or online platforms Student-centric teaching approach Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (for online classes)
