Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and experienced

NEET Faculty Members

to join our academic team and prepare students for success in the

NEET (UG)

entrance examination. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, a passion for teaching, and a student-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver well-structured and engaging classroom sessions in

Biology, Physics, or Chemistry

focused on NEET syllabus. Prepare and update lesson plans, practice worksheets, and test papers. Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance. Address doubts and provide academic guidance to students. Stay updated with changes in NEET exam pattern, NCERT curriculum, and CBSE guidelines. Encourage critical thinking and application-based learning. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in class. Participate in faculty training, academic meetings, and curriculum planning sessions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject (Biology, Physics, or Chemistry). Proven teaching experience in a reputed NEET coaching institute or school. Strong command of NEET-level concepts and NCERT syllabus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about mentoring and motivating students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Alumni of reputed institutions (AIIMS, IITs, NITs, etc.) Experience in digital teaching platforms or hybrid classroom setups.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience and subject proficiency.
