You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, guiding students through complex concepts, and preparing them to excel in the NEET examination.
Key Responsibilities
Teach
[Subject: Physics/Chemistry/Biology]
to NEET aspirants using structured lesson plans and innovative teaching methodologies.
Design, develop, and update study materials, including notes, question banks, assignments, and tests.
Conduct
regular doubt-clearing sessions
, practice sessions, and test discussions.
Track student progress and provide personalized feedback and support.
Deliver lectures both
online and offline
as required.
Ensure high academic standards and help students achieve top ranks in NEET.
Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development activities.
Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Medicine, Science, or relevant field
(MBBS/MD/MSc/PhD preferred).
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
teaching NEET aspirants (coaching institute experience preferred).
Excellent subject knowledge and familiarity with the latest NEET exam patterns.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor students.
Preferred Skills
Experience in creating high-quality academic content.
Expertise in both conceptual teaching and problem-solving.
Ability to use digital tools for teaching (smart boards, online platforms, etc.).
Adaptability to fast-paced academic environments.
