Job Purpose

To prepare students for excellence in CBSE academics and early IIT-JEE/NEET programs through conceptual, application-based Physics teaching that builds analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Chemistry lessons for Classes VIII-XII focusing on both

CBSE syllabus

and

IIT/NEET concepts

. Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assignments aligned with competitive exam standards. Conduct regular tests, analyze student performance, and provide individual mentoring. Integrate inquiry-based and experiential teaching methodologies. Coordinate with subject heads and academic coordinators for curriculum planning. Participate in training programs, academic reviews, and inter-school competitions. Maintain discipline, student motivation, and academic integrity in the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification:

M.Sc. Chemistry or related discipline

Experience:

3-7 years of teaching Chemistry for CBSE / IIT-JEE / NEET and Foundation programs. Strong problem-solving ability and conceptual clarity. Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Key Skills

Expertise in Chemistry concepts and their application in competitive exams. Ability to simplify complex topics and inspire curiosity. Strong analytical, mentoring, and classroom management abilities. Passion for academic excellence and innovation in pedagogy.
