Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate

NEET Admission Counsellor

to join our team. The counsellor will play a key role in guiding and supporting students and parents throughout the admission process, providing accurate information about our NEET programs, and ensuring smooth enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding NEET courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities. Handle walk-ins, incoming calls, and online inquiries effectively and convert them into admissions. Follow up with potential leads and maintain systematic communication until successful enrollment. Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions in schools or educational fairs when required. Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and follow-up status. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets. Provide regular updates and reports to management on admissions progress. Address queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Support in creating promotional materials and content when needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in NEET counseling or admissions; NEET-related experience

preferred

. Strong understanding of NEET exam structure, preparation strategies, and student concerns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil and English proficiency preferred). Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle targets effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
