Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic

NEET Academic Counsellor

to guide and support students through their academic journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NEET curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed in competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding NEET preparation, course offerings, and academic plans. Guide students in selecting the right programs based on their academic background, aptitude, and career goals. Monitor student performance and provide motivational support and study strategies to improve outcomes. Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to address academic concerns and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with faculty and academic coordinators to track progress and provide feedback. Organize seminars, orientation sessions, and one-on-one mentoring sessions for prospective and enrolled students. Assist in enrollment processes, admissions counselling, and maintaining proper documentation. Provide insights and updates about NEET examination patterns, syllabus changes, and preparation tips.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Science, or a related field. Prior experience in academic counselling, preferably in NEET or other competitive exam domains. Strong knowledge of NEET syllabus, exam pattern, and student preparation strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to connect with students and parents and build trust. Organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM software or student management systems. Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially English, Hindi, and regional languages). Empathetic attitude and a strong desire to help students reach their goals.
