Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong programming skills:

Python, C++, or Java (Python preferred for modeling/backtesting). Solid understanding of

quantitative finance

market microstructure

, and

statistical modeling

. Hands-on experience with

algorithmic trading platforms

(MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, TradingView, Binance API, etc.). Proficiency in

data analysis tools

(NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, SQL). Experience with

strategy research, development, backtesting, and live deployment

. Knowledge of

risk management techniques

slippage

, and

execution algorithms

. Familiarity with

order routing, FIX protocols

, and

exchange APIs

. Good understanding of

machine learning

or predictive modeling (optional but a plus). Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Finance

Proven track record of

developing profitable trading strategies

. Ability to

convert trader ideas into technical code

independently. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-performance environment
