Job Title: Vice President Projects URGENT Location:Dehradun Role Overview: The Vice President of Projects will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire housing project, encompassing Civil, Finishing, MEP, RMC Plant, and Store departments. This leadership position requires an individual with a proven track record in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
- Oversee the entire construction process from inception to handover.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between Civil, Finishing, MEP, RMC Plant, and Store departments.
- Monitor progress and address any inter-departmental conflicts or challenges.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of construction and finishing.
- Work closely with the planning department to monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and department heads.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s preferred).
- Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale housing projects.
- Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of Civil, MEP, and Finishing works.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
