Job Description

The Sales Executive - Interior & Exterior is responsible for generating sales for interior and exterior products and services by developing new customers, managing existing clients, and coordinating with designers, architects, builders, and contractors. The role involves site visits, quotations, order finalization, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales & Business Development

Generate new leads for interior and exterior projects through site visits, referrals, and market visits. Promote and sell products related to interior and exterior solutions (tiles, paint, sanitary, modular, facade, etc.). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Handling & Site Visits

Visit project sites, understand client requirements, and suggest suitable product solutions. Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to generate business. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
3. Quotation, Negotiation & Order Closing

Prepare quotations as per customer and project requirement. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines. Follow up for order confirmation and payment collection.
4. Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with the sales coordinator, warehouse, and logistics team for timely delivery. Ensure proper execution of orders at project sites. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends. Submit daily visit reports, enquiry reports, and weekly sales updates. Maintain customer database and follow-up trackers.

Skills & Qualifications



Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Interior Design / Civil / Architecture preferred). 1-5 years of experience in interior & exterior sales or building material sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of local market, contractors, and project sales. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Must be willing to travel for site and client visits.

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Conveyance / fuel allowance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
