Key responsibilities

Candidate sourcing and screening:

Use various channels like job boards and social media to find potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals.

Interview coordination:

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Database management:

Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate records of recruitment activities.

Job posting:

Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.

Administrative support:

Help with onboarding new hires and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Collaboration:

Work with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support the recruitment process.
Qualifications and skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Any Degree is must.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,005.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month
