Summary:
The School Principal plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping the academic, cultural, and operational excellence of the institution. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of school management, this position ensures a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment aligned with educational standards and institutional goals. The Principal fosters collaboration among faculty, engages with parents and the community, and drives continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student outcomes. This role is essential in maintaining the school's reputation, advancing its mission, and supporting the holistic development of students and staff.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the school's academic and administrative teams to achieve strategic goals

• Develop and implement curriculum initiatives that align with national and international standards

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and facility management

• Foster a positive school culture that promotes student well-being, inclusion, and academic achievement

• Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and external stakeholders

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional development for teachers and staff

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

• Monitor student progress and implement interventions to support at-risk learners

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in education, including 5+ years in a leadership role

• Proven track record in academic leadership, curriculum development, and school improvement

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Experience managing budgets, personnel, and operational workflows

• Familiarity with educational technology and data-driven decision-making

• Valid teaching certification and leadership credentials (if applicable)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to equity and excellence
