Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic and curriculum-aligned instruction in Physics for classes XI and XII as per the CBSE syllabus.

• Design and implement lesson plans that encourage inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.

• Conduct regular assessments through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback.

• Identify learning gaps and offer targeted support to help students achieve their academic potential.

• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum enhancement, academic planning, and science-related extracurricular initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics with a Post Graduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent).

• Valid B.Ed. qualification or recognized teaching certification.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, preferably at the senior secondary level.

• Strong command of the CBSE Physics curriculum for classes XI and XII.

• Proven ability to engage students through interactive and practical teaching methods.

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and learning management systems.
