Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated

HR & Placement Officer

to manage both human resource functions and student placement activities. The role involves building strong industry and academic connections, ensuring student career readiness, and driving successful placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with

companies and colleges

to create placement opportunities Sign

MoUs

with industries and academic institutions for training and recruitment collaborations Organize and monitor

placement training programs

(soft skills, aptitude, interview prep, GDs) Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events Track student placement records and provide career support Handle HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance Foster a positive learning and working environment aligned with MEC Groups' values
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2-5 years of experience in

HR, Training & Placement, or Career Services

Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices Passion for student development and career success
