Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
ASNT NDT Level III
professional to provide
remote technical support
for our
Saudi-based NDT operations
. This India-based position involves developing procedures, reviewing inspection reports, guiding NDT teams, conducting technical audits, and ensuring seamless coordination between TCR's India and KSA operations.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple NDT disciplines remotely while ensuring strict adherence to international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
Level III technical oversight
across multiple NDT methods --
UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, PAUT, and TOFD
.
Develop, review, and approve
NDT procedures, method statements, and calibration standards
as per project requirements.
Review daily inspection reports from KSA-based teams, offering timely feedback and approvals.
Respond to
client technical queries
and participate in
proposal and bid document reviews
.
Coordinate with
India-based partners
to source specialized NDT solutions or subcontracting support.
Support
recruitment and qualification
of NDT personnel from India for international projects.
Maintain and update
NDT personnel qualification, training, and certification records
.
Mentor Level II technicians to ensure compliance with
ASNT, API, and ISO
standards.
Participate in
internal technical audits
and document reviews to maintain quality assurance.
Provide
remote technical guidance
and collaborate through online meetings with KSA and India teams.
Requirements
Valid
ASNT Level III certification
in a minimum of four methods:
UT, RT, MT, and PT
(certifications in
PAUT
or
TOFD
preferred).
Minimum
10 years of total NDT experience
, including at least
3 years as Level III
.
Strong understanding of
ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, and ISO
codes and standards.
Demonstrated expertise in
procedure development, documentation, and report review
.
Experience managing
remote technical coordination
for international teams.
Familiarity with
digital NDT reporting systems
and quality documentation platforms.
Proven ability to
mentor and qualify Level II technicians
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid Passport
and
readiness to travel internationally
for audits, training, or short-term assignments.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
?50,000 - ?60,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise)
