Brief Description:

We are seeking a skilled and certified

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician

to perform Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT),
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) in accordance with ISO 9712 standards. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity
and safety of materials and components through precise inspection techniques, contributing to quality
assurance and compliance across industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct NDT inspections using VT, PT, UT and MT methods on metallic and non-metallic components. Interpret and evaluate test results to identify discontinuities, defects, or anomalies. Detect and evaluate surface and subsurface defects such as cracks, corrosion, and fatigue. Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with ISO 9712 certification requirements and company quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve inspection-related issues. Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment and tools. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualification:

B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - ISO 9712 certification (Level II) in VT, PT, UT and MT is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in NDT inspections in manufacturing plant. Strong understanding of material properties, welding processes, and defect characterization. Familiarity with welding standards (EN 15085, ISO 3834 etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software tools. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication and reporting abilities.
