Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - NDR Process to manage and lead a team responsible for handling non-delivery cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or e-commerce NDR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance through effective coordination and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the NDR team. Monitor and track NDR cases across various courier platforms and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with courier partners, internal teams, and customers for re-attempts, address confirmation, or escalations. Analyze NDR data to identify patterns or issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate and timely updating of order statuses in internal systems. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on NDR performance. Maintain TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and service level agreements. Collaborate with the warehouse, customer support, and delivery teams to minimize delivery failures.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the NDR process (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or related sectors). Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in logistics/supply chain preferred. Strong knowledge of courier platforms like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Bluedart, etc. Good analytical, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools.
