Faculty with experience in NDA / JEE Main / TES preparation will be preferred
Defence background / SSB exposure is an added advantage
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and competitive-exam aptitude may apply
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
Teach respective subjects for
NDA Target, NDA Foundation, and Pre-Foundation batches
Prepare students for
NDA written exam
and
JEE Main (for TES Entry)
Build strong conceptual understanding with problem-solving techniques
Design practice worksheets, mock tests, and revision modules
Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and performance improvement
Track academic progress and provide structured feedback
Coordinate with the academic team for syllabus planning and delivery
Mentor and motivate aspirants towards Armed Forces careers
