The department Messaging Operations is responsible for this infrastructure and builds the link between Ops, IT and business, which are using this infrastructure.
The members of the department are responsible for the smooth processing of the SWIFT and Fax systems and take care of occurring issues. In addition, the team plays an active part within the change process and is key decision maker for all system related changes.

Your key responsibilities
Operational ownership of relevant messaging applications, planning, preparation and coordination of all implementations and other change activities.
Coordination for application incidents.
Close collaboration and interaction with application support teams, business and other relevant stakeholders globally.
Commitment to manage deadlines and work extended hours in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge sharing on new system flows, functionalities, business change requests.
Responsible for all documentations related to DTP and its review.
Your skills and experience
Ability to understand complex systems, products and processes and interpret complex information.
Strong and effective communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines and should be capable of self-learning.
Experience in working with international environment in a matrix organization and interacting with diverse stakeholders and the ability to build constructive partnerships (virtual and onsite team)
Must be prepared to work on rotational shifts and weekends including Indian public holidays as per business requirements and as decided by the Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree with Financial Services / Banking and overall, at least 6 years of experience in the industry.
