Advocate experienced in NCLT/NCLAT Matters and be actively involved in:

Analysing Proposals. Document Verification. Preparing Resolution Plan. Monitoring and preparing for cases and dates. Preparation and execution of drafts. Court Appearances. Coordination and briefing to Counsels. Companies Act, 2013, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 & NCLT Rules, 2016. Be an avid and continuous Researcher.
Minimum 3 years PQE required in LLB, Additional CS Preferred. Individuals with higher experience will be paid accordingly.

2. This is not an opportunity for freshers or interns.
3. The Position is at our office at Bandra West. Office Timings Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
