Position:

NCERT Physics Teacher (Classes 11-12)

Location:

BDW International School, Shillong (Meghalaya)

Key Responsibilities

Teach NCERT Physics curriculum for Classes XI & XII. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with CBSE guidelines. Mentor and guide students for board examinations and competitive exams (JEE/NEET level). Incorporate innovative teaching methods, experiments, and technology-driven learning. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school activities. Maintain discipline and uphold school values inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university. B.Ed. / M.Ed. mandatory. Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary (Classes XI-XII), preferably in a CBSE school. Strong command of subject knowledge and ability to connect concepts with real-life applications. Excellent communication skills in English.
