Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

• Development of NC programs for complete workpieces with the manufacturing process turning, milling and drilling
• Modification and creation of the required 3D-CAD geometry data
• Determination of the machining strategy and the associated selection of clamping devices and machining tools
• Selection and definition of the tools data in the tool management system
• Determination of main and auxiliary times
• Support of the production for initial part manufacturing
• Implementation of program optimization
• Further development of CAM operation strategies

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

• Completed training as a technician
• Practical work experience in the manufacturing processes of turning, milling and drilling, ideally in the production of large parts
• Good knowledge of tool systems and cutting data in steel machining
• Very good knowledge and experience in workshop programming with Siemens 840D
• Very good knowledge and experience with a programming system, ideally Top Solid V6 CAM, Top Solid V7 CAM
• Experience with a tool management system, ideally TDM-systems
• Experience of programming in Large diameter parts on VERTICAL TURNING MACHINES preferred
• Knowledge of multi spindle machines with synchronization of multi-channels will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in CAD System Creo Parametric
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in an ERP system, ideally InforLN
• English language skills (written and spoken)
• Language skills in German, Spanish and Portuguese an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
• Willingness to work shifts (on-call duty)
