NC Programmer

who can thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize

NC programs

for CNC machines using

SolidCAM, NX, Delcam PowerMILL, and/or Mastercam

. Analyze 3D models and 2D drawings to develop accurate and efficient machining strategies. Program components related to glass moulds with a strong focus on

speed, accuracy, and surface finish

. Handle

multiple jobs simultaneously

, prioritizing based on deadlines and production requirements. Collaborate closely with the design, tooling, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow. Troubleshoot and modify programs as necessary to resolve machining or quality issues. Maintain documentation of all programs and updates as per internal standards. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all stages of programming.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience

(5+ years) in NC/CNC programming, preferably in mould or precision component manufacturing. Hands-on expertise with either

SolidCAM, Delcam PowerMILL, and/or Mastercam

. Strong understanding of

tool paths, cutting strategies, and CNC machining operations

. Ability to

multitask and handle time-sensitive projects

under tight deadlines. Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have (Optional):

Experience in the

mould manufacturing industry

, especially for

glass bottles

. Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation is a plus.
