NBFC Branch Manager - Job QualificationsEducational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics

, or related field.

MBA/PGDM

in Finance or Marketing is preferred. Additional certifications in

NISM, IRDA, or Credit Management

are an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

3-7 years

of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services sector. Minimum

2 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or team handling

. Proven track record in

loan products

such as personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, MSME loans, etc.

Technical & Functional Skills

Strong knowledge of

NBFC loan policies, credit underwriting, KYC norms, RBI guidelines

, and recovery processes. Ability to manage

branch operations, sales targets, customer service

, and compliance. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM software, Loan Management Systems

, and digital lending tools. Good understanding of

local market, customer profiling

, and competitor analysis.
