NBD - Marketing Executive (Forging & Machining)

Qualifications: DME / BE / BBA / MBA
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
CTC:-No Bar for right candidate
Location - Kharabwadi, Chakan- Pune
Required - Experience in a Forging Company is mandatory.
1. Maintain RFQ enquiry register,
2. Maintain Pricing sheet, score cards & quotation files.
3. Regular visit to customer portal regarding updated information.
4. Monitor GRN & PO download from portal.
5. Departmental documentation work.
6. Regular follow-up with sales team for timely dispatch.
7. Regular Update Production Data.
7.Regular Communicate with vendor for Machining & Dispatch.
9. Regular update Dispatch Details.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and prompt customer issue resolution
11.. Process Improvement & Customer Satisfaction - Gather customer feedback, drive continuous improvements, and enhance service levels to exceed client expectations.
12. Business Negotiations & Pricing Strategy - Lead price negotiations, contract discussions, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and business sustainability.
