Navtech is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand initiatives, managing digital platforms, and generating leads that contribute to business growth.Working as a Marketing Specialist at Navtech, you will:- Assist in developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.- Manage and optimize Navtech's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.- Create engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing collateral.- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing activities, design assets, and event participation.- Support SEO, SEM, and paid marketing activities to improve online visibility and reach.- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).- Maintain and update CRM tools for tracking leads and campaign performance.- Assist in organizing webinars, product launches, and other promotional events.Who Are We Looking For Exactly?- 2-4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in IT or technology domain).- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, email automation).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and MS Office Suite.- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Should have good logical, analytical and communication skills with client interaction experience.- Should have a Masters Degree/Bachelors (BS) in Marketing, Business Administration or Management or related degrees and throughout education in English Medium.Why Navtech?- Performance review and Appraisal Twice a year.- Competitive pay package with additional bonus and benefits.- Work with US, UK and Europe based industry-renowned clients for exponential technical growth.- Medical Insurance cover for self and immediate family.- Work with a culturally diverse team from different geographies.About us:- Navtech is a premier IT software and Services provider.
