About Welnez Hygiene

Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

Your Role

Administer specialized naturopathy treatments including hydrotherapy, mud therapy, heliotherapy, and traditional nature-based healing modalities to guests under medical supervision. You'll work within an integrated clinical team, delivering therapeutic interventions based on the five elements of nature (water, earth, fire, air, space) to support guests in managing chronic health conditions through drug-free natural therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive naturopathy treatments including hydrotherapy (douche, hip baths, spinal spray, immersion baths), mud therapy (mud packs, mud baths), heliotherapy, and steam treatments following doctor-prescribed protocols Prepare and administer therapeutic applications ensuring proper temperature, timing, and technique for each modality Monitor guest responses during treatments and document observations for medical team review Educate guests on naturopathy principles, treatment benefits, and self-care techniques aligned with natural healing philosophy Maintain strict hygiene protocols in all treatment areas, including equipment sterilization and treatment room preparation Collaborate with doctors, massage therapists, and nursing staff to ensure integrated care delivery Support diet therapy implementation by understanding how treatments complement nutritional interventions Assist in yoga and exercise therapy sessions when needed as part of holistic naturopathy approach

Requirements

Must Have:

Certified Naturopathy Therapist certification OR Diploma in Naturopathy Therapy from a recognized institution Additional certification in Spa/Massage Therapy Strong understanding of naturopathy treatment principles and the five elements (panchamahabhootas) approach Knowledge of treatment contraindications and guest safety protocols Fluency in Malayalam and English for effective guest communication Physical stamina to administer multiple treatments throughout the day Willingness to work in gender-segregated treatment facilities as per traditional naturopathy practices

Preferred:

Prior experience in naturopathy hospital, wellness center, spa, or luxury hospitality setting Training in specific modalities such as colon hydrotherapy, acupressure, or cupping therapy Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and how naturopathy treatments support healing Familiarity with chronic condition management through natural therapies (diabetes, hypertension, obesity)

Work Environment

Pre-opening phase with opportunities to shape treatment protocols and clinical standards 6-day work week with one weekly off Physical demands include preparing treatment materials, administering water therapies, and standing for extended periods Work in specialized treatment zones Team environment with close collaboration between therapists, doctors, and support staff Exposure to both traditional naturopathy methods and modern wellness practices
