We are seeking a passionate and experienced Naturopathy Doctor to join our team as a Residential Medical Officer and Hospital Administrator, contributing to our mission of fostering natural healing and well-being.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, optimistic, and dedicated female Naturopathy Doctor, aged 32-42, with 6-8 years of experience and a deep commitment to naturopathic principles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fasting, the psychological aspects of healing, diet, yoga, handling healing crises, and symptomatic management methods, along with strong administrative skills to manage hospital operations. This is a residential role requiring a willingness to stay on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert naturopathic treatments, including fasting, dietary plans, and yoga-based therapies, to support patient health and recovery. Apply knowledge in handling healing crises to ensure safe and effective patient care during treatment processes. Utilize symptomatic management methods to address patient conditions holistically. Provide patient counseling to address psychological aspects of healing and promote mental well-being. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on natural and holistic approaches. Conduct motivational classes and health interactive sessions to educate patients and staff on naturopathy and wellness. Organize therapeutic activities, such as yoga sessions and group games, to enhance patient engagement and mental health. Oversee hospital administration, including staff coordination, resource management, and operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and staff to educate them about the benefits of naturopathy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) or equivalent from a recognized institution. 6-8 years of professional experience in naturopathy, with proven expertise in fasting, psychological counseling, diet, yoga, handling healing crises, and symptomatic management methods. Female candidates aged 32-42 preferred. Fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong administrative skills with experience in hospital or clinic management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and inspire others about naturopathy. Optimistic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for naturopathic medicine. Willingness to reside on-site at Jeevanam Natural Hygiene Centre.
