Montrose Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable
Naturalist
to enhance our guests' experience by showcasing the beauty of our natural surroundings. The Naturalist will lead nature walks, share insights about local flora and fauna, and develop engaging activities that inspire appreciation for the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct guided nature walks and outdoor educational programs for guests.
Knowledge about the coffee and its processess.
Share knowledge of local wildlife, plants, and ecosystems in an engaging way.
Assist in creating nature-based experiences and events.
Support conservation and sustainability initiatives within the resort.
Ensure guest safety and provide excellent hospitality during activities.
Qualifications:
Background in environmental science, biology, forestry, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiasm for nature, wildlife, and guest interaction.
Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
Previous experience in hospitality or eco-tourism is an advantage.
