NATIVE FRENCH SPEAKER We would like to have native French Speaker to work with us as Customer care Executive. Person will be doing such activity for ecommerce companies. JOB DESCRIPTION Solve customer issue by E-mail, Live and phone support. Should be able to provide solution to their queries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintenance of daily & weekly progress
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Should be hard working to achieve production goals each month
- Food provided

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
