Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications (Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Cloud EPM, etc.) and other enterprise systems (ERP, Data Warehouses, BI tools). The role ensures seamless data flow, automation, and performance optimization for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design & Development
Build and maintain integrations between EPM applications and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.).
Develop data load processes using EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, and REST APIs.
Configure and optimize EPM Automate scripts for automation.
Data Management & Transformation
Design data mappings, transformation rules, and validation checks.
Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between source and target systems.
Performance Optimization
Tune integration jobs for large data volumes.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and performance bottlenecks.
Security & Compliance
Implement secure data transfer protocols and adhere to compliance standards (SOX, GDPR).
Documentation & Governance
Maintain technical documentation for integrations, runbooks, and support guides.
Participate in change management and release processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years in EPM integration or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Planning, and Data Management (FDMEE).
Strong knowledge of EPM Automate, REST APIs, and scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell).
Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, ODI) and SQL/PLSQL for data manipulation.
