About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining native Android applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Android ecosystem, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of developing high-performance, reliable, and user-centric mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native Android applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Kotlin/Java code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers. Implement and optimize VoIP calling features using Android's Telecom framework. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance and stability. Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, tools, and frameworks. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in native Android app development. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java. Solid understanding of Android architecture components, Jetpack libraries, and Material Design principles. Experience with VoIP calling, SIP, and Android Telecom framework is a strong plus. Deep knowledge of mobile design patterns and best practices. Experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs. Familiarity with performance optimization, memory management, and battery efficiency. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
