Strategic Leadership

Build strategic alliances to accelerate
customer and agent acquisition

Sales Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a
multi-regional sales team

Set performance KPIs, monitor results, and ensure
goal achievement at scale

Foster a
performance-driven, customer-first culture
across the organization.
Business Development & Product Growth
Identify new opportunities to
diversify and grow financial inclusion products

Collaborate with

Drive innovation in
agent onboarding, transaction processes, and customer engagement

Agent Network Expansion
Build, strengthen, and manage a
robust agent and retail partner network

Western Union partners, agents, and fintech collaborators

Boost transaction volumes through strategic engagement and partnership-driven growth.
Compliance & Risk Oversight
Ensure
strict compliance with RBI regulations
and IME India's policies.
Address potential escalations and risks swiftly in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Requirements
Experience
: Minimum
12+ years
in senior sales leadership, preferably in
FinTech, NBFC, BFSI, or digital money transfer ecosystems
.
Domain Expertise
:
Deep knowledge of
DMT, AePS, BBPS, Western Union inward remittance
, and financial inclusion solutions.
Experience in
agent network development and management
.
Education
: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred.
Skills
:
Proven ability to
drive high-volume, pan-India sales growth
Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities
Familiarity with
RBI compliance frameworks
Data-driven decision-making and excellent communication skills
