Role Overview



We are seeking a

dynamic and visionary National Sales Head

to lead IME India's

pan-India expansion strategy

. This leadership role focuses on scaling our

money transfer business

by strengthening

agent networks

, introducing innovative solutions, and driving adoption of

DMT, AePS, BBPS, Western Union inward remittances

, and other

financial inclusion products

.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Leadership



Design and implement

nationwide sales strategies

to drive transaction growth. Expand market penetration for

DMT, AePS, BBPS, Western Union inward remittances

, and other financial inclusion offerings. Build strategic alliances to accelerate

customer and agent acquisition

.

Sales Team Leadership



Lead, mentor, and motivate a

multi-regional sales team

. Set performance KPIs, monitor results, and ensure

goal achievement at scale

. Foster a

performance-driven, customer-first culture

across the organization.

Business Development & Product Growth



Identify new opportunities to

diversify and grow financial inclusion products

. Collaborate with

product, marketing, compliance, and technology teams

to enhance offerings. Drive innovation in

agent onboarding, transaction processes, and customer engagement

.

Agent Network Expansion



Build, strengthen, and manage a

robust agent and retail partner network

. Forge deeper relationships with

Western Union partners, agents, and fintech collaborators

. Boost transaction volumes through strategic engagement and partnership-driven growth.

Compliance & Risk Oversight



Ensure

strict compliance with RBI regulations

and IME India's policies. Address potential escalations and risks swiftly in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Requirements



Experience

: Minimum

12+ years

in senior sales leadership, preferably in

FinTech, NBFC, BFSI, or digital money transfer ecosystems

.

Domain Expertise

: Deep knowledge of

DMT, AePS, BBPS, Western Union inward remittance

, and financial inclusion solutions. Experience in

agent network development and management

.

Education

: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred.

Skills

: Proven ability to

drive high-volume, pan-India sales growth

Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities Familiarity with

RBI compliance frameworks

Data-driven decision-making and excellent communication skills
