segment by developing high-performing regional teams, expanding the fabricator network, and entering new market segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in nationwide sales leadership, strong business acumen, and deep industry knowledge in building materials or fenestration systems.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement effective national sales strategies to achieve annual business and revenue targets.
Expand Duroplast's market presence across untapped regions through channel and fabricator development.
Drive sales growth across all regions with a focus on profitability and long-term sustainability.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a strong team of Regional and Area Sales Managers to deliver consistent results.
Define KPIs and KRAs for the sales team, conducting monthly reviews and performance tracking.
Foster cross-departmental coordination among sales, marketing, design, and production teams for seamless operations.
Fabricator Network Development
Strengthen and expand the authorized fabricator network nationwide.
Identify, onboard, and support new fabricators with proper product training and marketing assistance.
Establish structured communication and feedback mechanisms to ensure high partner retention and engagement.
Project Sales & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and contractors to drive large-scale project sales.
Identify and track key government, institutional, and private projects for early specification and business opportunities.
Oversee quotation preparation, tender participation, and negotiation for major projects.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing for trade exhibitions, fabricator meets, and promotional events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets (volume & value)
New fabricators appointed and retention ratio
Growth in project acquisitions and conversion rates

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in
Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering

Minimum
10 years of experience
in
uPVC windows & doors, aluminium systems, or building materials industry
.
Proven track record in managing
nationwide sales operations and large teams
.
Strong understanding of
fabricator and channel sales, project management, and window system business
