segments. This role involves developing national strategies, managing regional teams, nurturing key accounts, and ensuring alignment between product value and customer needs in regulated, quality-conscious markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Define and implement the national sales strategy for
Imago
and
Getter
across Pharma and Healthcare sectors.
Drive achievement of revenue targets and growth metrics across regions.
Identify and open new markets and institutional accounts across PAN India.
Team & Channel Leadership
Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and their respective teams.
Build and strengthen channel partner/distributor networks in key markets.
Foster a performance-driven, customer-first sales culture.
Key Account Management
Build long-term relationships with procurement heads, infection control teams, pharmacists, and CXOs in hospitals and pharma companies.
Lead commercial negotiations, product trials, and institutional onboarding.
Ensure technical selling and value-based positioning of products.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity, regulatory changes, and market shifts.
Provide insights to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain regular MIS, forecasts, and sales performance dashboards.
Experience
12-15+ years of experience in B2B sales in the
Pharma
and
Healthcare
sectors
At least 5+ years in a
national or zonal leadership role
managing large teams
Experience in
disinfectants, hygiene solutions, medical consumables, or infection control
products is a must
Proven success in working with hospitals, pharma companies, and government institutions
Skills & Attributes
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (GMP, NABH, CDSCO, etc.)
