Experience Level: Senior LevelJob SummaryThe National Sales Manager for MSME(Micro LAP) lending business is responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy for the MSME(Micro LAP) lending business. This role will oversee the management of regional sales teams, drive revenue growth, and develop new business opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The National Sales Manager will work closely with the executive team to align sales objectives with the organizations broader goals and to expand the companys footprint in the MSME(Micro LAP) lending business.The key responsibilities shall comprise:1. Shall formulate and operationalize the yearly business plan for the MSME(Micro LAP) lending busines.2. Shall carry the P&L responsibility for the MSME(Micro LAP) lending business.3. Responsible for setting and achieving MSME(Micro LAP) lending business targets in line with the growth plan.4. Maintain portfolio quality through operationalization of collection strategies and processes5. Ensure the implementation of internal controls over the business processes, audit recommendations and regulatory requirements to safeguard the company from potential losses6. Plan and implement an effective manpower strategy for the MSME(Micro LAP) lending business in line with the internal policies and best practices from the industryQualifications

  • Education: MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the financial services sector, particularly in MSME(Micro LAP) lending business.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the MSME(Micro LAP) lending business
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and analytics tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
