Position:

National Sales Manager - Eyewear Industry
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the eyewear sector. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience:

5-7 years of field sales experience in the FMCG/ Fashion goods industry.

Language Skills:

Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel 10-15 days per month across regions.

Team Management:

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 8-10 sales professionals.

Reporting & Communication:

Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and internal communication.

Responsibilities:

Set monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Conduct follow-ups to ensure targets are met. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Regular meetings with clients and key accounts. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
