We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence around the country. Job requires intensive Travel for 20 - 25 days. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management in FMCG Sector, and a deep understanding of the regional and national market.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
Provide effective leadership and direction to the regional sales team.
Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for
improvement.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify
new opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall
business objectives.
3. Revenue Generation:
Take ownership of the regional sales targets and work towards exceeding
them.
Identify and pursue key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance business
opportunities.
4. Market Expansion:
Identify and explore new markets within the region for business expansion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the
industry.
Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend adjustments to the sales
strategy accordingly.
5. Sales Operations:
Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
Collaborate with the sales operations team to streamline processes and
enhance efficiency.
Utilize data and analytics to assess sales performance and make informed
decisions.
