Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Head to lead our pan-India sales operations in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in national sales, credit control, and distribution management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee national sales operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Implement credit control measures and monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Develop a strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
Create and execute strategic sales plans.
Participate in recruitment to build a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in national sales operations and achieving targets.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
