Role Summary



We are looking for an execution-driven National Sales Head who can not only strategize but also lead from the front, revive branches, and deliver our 50Cr FY 25-26 revenue target.

Key Responsibilities



- Deliver ?4.5-7 Cr/month revenue ramp-up.

- Own city P&L;: Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai (later Bangalore & Pune).

- Directly manage 6 Sr. BDMs, 15+ SMs, 40+ TLs, 550+ SEs.

- Revive Ahmedabad & Hyderabad branches within 60 days.

- Open new cities (Mumbai Nov, Bangalore Dec).

- Weekly reviews of targets vs achieved & enforce sales discipline.

- Collaborate with HR for hiring/retention and VP for partnerships & deals.

Requirements

- 10+ years hardcore sales experience (B2B/B2C field).

- Scaled sales teams of 200+ reps in past roles.

- Aggressive, execution-first mindset.

- Strong leadership & motivational skills.

- Experience in EdTech/FinTech/Insurance/Direct Sales industry preferred.

KPIs (First 90 Days)

- Ahmedabad & Hyderabad branches revived.

- ₹3.5-4 Cr/month revenue achieved.

- Sales headcount scaled to 300+.

Pay: ₹79,805.20 - ₹137,328.49 per month
