About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Head to lead and scale our B2B sales operations across India. This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for defining the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and forging strategic partnerships in alignment with the companys long-term goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, and proven experience in managing nationwide teams and multi-region pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Define and execute a robust B2B sales strategy for national markets, aligned with the company's growth vision.
  • Lead the expansion of business in new markets while optimizing existing customer relationships and revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance national sales team including regional managers and field executives.
  • Drive a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement across the sales function.
  • Revenue & Target Management:
  • Own the national revenue targets and consistently deliver on quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion ratios to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Key Account Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with large enterprise clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • Strategically manage key accounts to maximize long-term value and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure sales success, customer satisfaction, and seamless onboarding.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Provide accurate forecasts and comprehensive sales reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales performance across geographies and verticals to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 12+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/national sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, enterprise client management, and team building at scale.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and performance tracking.
