Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth
Focus on expanding key accounts and cultivating new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders
Lead and mentor a diverse sales team towards achieving excellence
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless solution delivery
Monitor KPIs, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA from a prestigious institution; engineering or technology background preferred
Over 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
Proficiency in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
Experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Maritime sectors is a plus
