Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary
National Sales Head
to lead nationwide sales initiatives for
AWS cloud services

Citrix digital workspace solutions

enterprise application software

India
. This role includes full ownership of customer acquisition, account growth, and strategic partner alignment, including the
AWS Partner Connect ecosystem
. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of enterprise sales, team leadership, and partner-driven growth across cloud and application portfolios.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a
comprehensive national sales strategy
across AWS, Citrix, and application solutions.
Lead, mentor, and manage a
high-performing sales team across India
, ensuring alignment to growth objectives.
Drive
business development
,
pipeline growth
, and closure of complex, high-value enterprise deals.
Own and expand engagement with
AWS Partner Connect
, managing co-sell opportunities, strategic planning, and joint GTM activities.
Build strong working relationships with
Citrix
,
application ISVs
(e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft), and
channel partners
.
Identify and drive
cross-sell and upsell opportunities
across cloud, virtualization, and enterprise application offerings.
Lead the organization's participation in
RFPs, large-scale tenders, and vendor negotiations
for strategic enterprise projects.
Track
market trends, competitor movements, and client needs
to proactively adapt the sales strategy.
Ensure disciplined
forecasting, pipeline tracking
, and
sales reporting
to meet or exceed KPIs.
Represent the company at
industry forums, AWS and Citrix partner events
, and executive customer meetings to enhance visibility and influence.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in
Business, Engineering, or IT
;
MBA preferred
20+ years of experience in IT sales
, with a minimum of
10 years in AWS, Citrix, and enterprise application solution sales
Deep expertise in
cloud services (AWS)
,
virtualization (Citrix)
, and
application software (ERP, CRM, SaaS)
Demonstrated success in
leading national sales operations across India
Strong knowledge of
AWS Partner Connect
and co-sell ecosystem
Experience managing
large accounts
, closing
multi-million-dollar deals
, and navigating
CXO-level relationships
Proficiency in
CRM systems
and sales management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
