Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Chief Sales Head
to lead our media sales function for flagship offerings, including the Audiowala Bus Stand audio network and BTL activation services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring and managing BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durable clients, with expertise in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the media sales function for the company's flagship offerings:
Audiowala Bus Stand audio network

BTL activation services

Strategically identify, target, and onboard new clients in BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durables, including banks, insurance firms, NBFCs, and fintech companies.
Develop and implement a national sales strategy with a focus on rural and semi-urban market penetration.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact campaigns.
Build strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from pitching and negotiation to execution and contract renewals.
Monitor industry trends and apply insights to enhance offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Report directly to the Director/Managing Director with revenue forecasts, performance reports, and sales analytics.
Candidate Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in
media sales, BTL activations, or rural marketing
, preferably with exposure to BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durable sectors.
Strong sales and target-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving large-scale business growth.
Ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
