Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead the P&L and ensure the necessary expansion across India through a well planned and executed sales strategy.
- The incumbent would be responsible for establishing reasonable sales goals for the company based upon current market trends and prepare sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- To establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives in line with Business Plan and achieve turnover targets, profit targets and market share targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify strengths and weakness of a particular promotion. Oversee the budget for the company's sales force and develop policies and procedures related to sales within the organisation.
- Analyze Stock Movement based on the secondary sales and have a complete control on inventory. Do sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirement and coordinate with Logistics for the same.
- Network with potential customers and business partners to promote certain products.
- Approve large contracts across the Indian market wherever applicable.
- Present and analyze current sales figures to shareholders, business partners, and corporate executives.
- Should have an analytic approach towards understanding and solving problems and have a proven experience in driving and leveraging people skills and motivation.
Required Professional Background:
- Should be from Consumer facing industry with excellent analytical skills and involve multi strategies in driving the organisation goal -sheet
- Minimum 10 years of cross-functional experience in managing large teams across different geographies. Currently, the incumbent should be at a senior level handling pan India responsibility and a sizeable turnover
