We are looking for a experienced candidates for the sales department from Pharma Industry Job Tile: Sales Head. Location : Chennai Head sales will be responsible for Strategic Planning and Delivery of Business Results. Proactively lead the team in achieving and exceeding goals with strong collaboration with business partners and resources. Job Info / Description:

• He / She should be good in launching new products and strengthening the existing products.
• Managing & conducting training program for field force.
• Supporting sales professionals in the field.
• Implementing campaigns. Attending conferences and congresses to keep up-to-date with the therapy area, or to network.
• Allocation & dispatch co-ordination of promotional inputs.
• Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets along with growth objectives.
• Identifying opportunities & explore markets, generating leads and achieving the desired targets
• Engage KOLs through academic engagements/CRM
• Build motivated and committed sales team through culture of achievement orientation, rewards and recognition,
• Effective intervention in the low performing region.
• Pharma candidate with 15 - 20 years of strong experience in Sales and team management
• Strong hold on Campaign Management, KOL Engagements/Branding/Stakeholder Management etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high achievement orientation

Requirements:

• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Proficiency in English, Hindi & Tamil is Mandatory.
• UG : B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Pharma in Pharmacy.
• PG : MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, Marketing
• Sales Head experience of 5-7 years, preferred Pharmaceuticals product management.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary Salary: 910,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
