The National Sales Head will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our road construction equipment. This leadership position involves managing a dynamic sales team, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful promotion and sale of our products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the construction equipment industry for 8-12 years.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of the road construction equipment market and industry dynamics.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of international markets and experience in managing sales teams across different regions is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Tools, including CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures a strong presence in the market.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
