National Sales Head
Job Description
National sales Head supervise a companys large-scale sales operations and teams. They may manage multiple sales Head/ managers or teams and set targets to measure Company performance. National sales Head build lasting relationships with key clients, providing long-term profitability for the Company.
Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad.
Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience as senior sales

Roles & Responsibilities
- Designs and implements effective sales strategies for the Company
- Generates sales reports and forecasts
- Monitors sales performance
- Analyse market trends and behaviours
- Leads sales teams nationwide
- Maintains healthy working relationships with clients
- Reporting of all Regions Sales activities.
- Responsible for P & L
- Travel for Business Development
- Chemical Engineering/Plastic Engineering.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Works well under pressure
- Working knowledge of market trends and behaviours
