We're Hiring: National Retail Operations Head.

Zouk is looking to onboard a seasoned National Retail Operations Head to lead and scale our Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) business across India.

Role Details:Designation: National Retail Operations Head - EBO

Function: Retail Operations

Location: Mumbai (Chembur)

Role Scope:

Own and drive the entire national EBO business.

Lead retail operations across all Exclusive Brand Outlets.

Ensure excellence in store operations, SOPs, VM standards, and customer experience.

Drive store productivity, efficiency, and profitabilityPartner with internal teams to scale and stabilize the EBO format.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5-6+ years of experience (flexible for strong senior profiles)

Strong experience in fashion retail only (apparel / lifestyle / accessories)

Proven track record managing EBO or franchise-led formatsCandidates from legacy fashion retail brands preferred
